On those occasions when Law Enforcement Agencies need assistance with a legal or operational issue, The McKinnon Group also provides consulting, expert witness and motivational speaking services through its founder, Isaiah McKinnon.

Dr. McKinnon has a cumulative 39 years of experience in law enforcement in public safety and is a graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy and the U.S. Secret Service School of Dignitary Protection. Dr. Isaiah McKinnon retired as Chief of the Detroit Police Department in 1998 and immediately joined the faculty of the University of Detroit Mercy as an associate professor. He is the author of three books, "North Between The Houses", "Stand Tall" and "In The Line Of Duty" and also does motivational speaking engagements.
