TRAINING

The training arm of The McKinnon Group offers classes in a variety of topics. This is law enforcement training taught from the perspective of seasoned law enforcement managers turned instructors, which allows the officers to interact with individuals who have walked in their shoes.

Ongoing training is a mainstay of a well-run organization. The McKinnon Group offers a variety of work-shops geared to the aw enforcement community and its unique issues. In addition to Dr. McKinnon, who is an Associate Professor of Education, the trainers consist of current University faculty and former Secret Service and FBI agents. SESSIONS

We offer both full-day and half-day sessions which engage employees in discussion and interaction on a variety of relevant topics. Our courses are suitable for both line staff and supervisors.

Training sessions may also be designed and coordinated with individual agencies to cover department specific topics.

Sessions can be held at your facility or at an off-site location. Class sizes range from 25-30 employees.

Course fees are based on the number of participants and days of training.
